This portal is to open public enhancement requests against the products and services belonging to IBM Sustainability Software. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

There are various templates in use by the sellers/business partners, some are designed to be run from the UI like the recently released setup templates (setup locations basic, setup accounts basic, setup location settings) and the existing account setup and data load templates.
This user group also has been provided more targeted (static) excel templates for rapid deployment of a blank environment. These include
Setup Configuration (locations/groups/memberships)
POC data loading template (for primary measure and cost universal account styles).
The focus of this ticket is the static templates and their availability primarily via the POC support channel and embedded in the outward facing courses.
There is a broader documentation project underway to better support various user groups with access to Envizi related content and collateral. This will be a consideration as part of that project.
Hi Georgina, all templates (excluding the POC template) can be downloaded as reports directly from the UI. The reports are designed to pull down information specific to the oganization (e.g. account style links, location names etc.) to save time.
