Set the default value for the maximo property webclient.maxdownloadrows to 200 to limit the list tab download.

Manage by default is having the -1 value set for the property webclient.maxdownloadrows which allow client to download n number of record from the list tab which is causing Out of Memory error. The technote - https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/limiting-number-records-can-be-downloaded-excel-list-tab-query explain the issue most of the client is facing .This request is to limit the number of record download by setting up the default value for the property webclient.maxdownloadrows to 200 or any value which can avoid the performance / Out of Memory issues.     Released in 9.2 . Backport to 9.1 and 9.0 in the Nov catalog

    Due to a changes in implementation, this item is now targeted for release in the Oct release to versions 9.2, 9.1 and 9.0.

    Team is exploring the feasibility to show the dialog box before the file download.

    1. Setting the default value of the property to 200 and updating the downloaded file name to "Truncated_200" ( tbd) will be shipped as part of the Sept release to 9.2.

    2. This feature will be shipped to 9.1, 9.0 in the oct release

    3. Another option is to display a pop up message. This item will be routed to the UI team and will not be taken care by the serviceability squad.
