Life Sciences Requirements: PlusCDueDate calcluation to be corrected

Current calculation for PlusCDueDate is

1. Retrieves all WOs where
 WorkOrder.AssetNum = ToolTrans.RotAssetNum (note: NOT ToolTrans.AssetNum)
 WorkOrder.Status != ‘CLOSED', 'COMPLETED', or ‘CANCELED'
 WorkOrder.WorkType = ‘CAL' or a synonym of ‘CAL'
2. Determine which WorkOrder.TargStartDate from this set of WOs has the earliest date
 Set ToolTrans.PlusCDueDate = earliest date
3. If there are no WOs, retrieve all PMs where
 PM.AssetNum = ToolTrans.RotAssetNum (note: NOT ToolTrans.AssetNum)
 PM.Status = Active
 PM.WorkType = 'CAL or a synonym of 'CAL'
4. Determine which PM.NextDate / PM.ExtDate from this set of PMs has the earliest date
 Set ToolTrans.PlusCDueDate = earliest date

In this point #2. should be updated as -
Determine which WorkOrder.TargCompDate from this set of WOs has the earliest date

We need to update the calculation as below

We need to update calculation as below -

    1. Retrieves all WOs where
    a. WorkOrder.AssetNum = ToolTrans.RotAssetNum (note: NOT ToolTrans.AssetNum)
    b. WORKORDER.ACTFINISH != null (Note: the actual completion date is blank means the work is not completed)
    c. WorkOrder.WorkType = PMCAL
    2. Determine which WorkOrder.TargCompDate from this set of WOs has the earliest date
    a. Set ToolTrans.PlusCDueDate = earliest date
    3. If there are no WOs, retrieve all PMs where
    a. PM.AssetNum = ToolTrans.RotAssetNum (note: NOT ToolTrans.AssetNum)
    b. PM.Status = Active
    c. PM.WorkType = 'CAL or a synonym of 'CAL'
    4. Determine which PM.NextDate / PM.ExtDate from this set of PMs has the earliest date
    a. Set ToolTrans.PlusCDueDate = earliest date

Note that below line# is difference from existing logic.
    1b, 1c and 2.
