Support a Boolean data type when creating a Simple Device

Job Statement:
As a MAS Monitor user, I need to be able to setup physical and logical interfaces efficiently such that they can be used in a production environment.
Business Need/Problem:

Today the Simple Interface does not support a Boolean data type, it "sees" it as a String, but cannot process it as one.

Note: Passing Boolean values for String failed for devices.

    With MAS 9.0 there is no longer a need for customers to define any physical and logical interfaces ... that is done automatically

    Additional comment from the client with respect to (business) impact:

    When you create a simple interface, the connected device cannot use Boolean values. Because the simple interface processes a Boolean as a String data type.

    The impact is that for each device that could use a simple interface, you must manually create an advanced interface.

    When you have a device with a 100+ metrics, this is extremely time consuming and is prone to manual errors. This is also because in the advance interface there is no option to “add all” received metrics “as is”.
