This portal is to open public enhancement requests against the products and services belonging to IBM Sustainability Software. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).

HI Team,
Do we have any update on this feature? Any tentative date to release this feature?
We are looking for this feature. Any update on this feature?
Is there any progress on this ? ANy idea when this feature will be released?
Our Work Management Process requires ore staff and crafts to create a Service Request and Follow-up Service Request for all new and follow-up work. This basic function availability would allow smooth transition to both Mobile Technician and Mobile EAM.
Thanks for your feedback. The idea is valid and was added to our priority list for our upcoming release.
The Create SR action is a basic function, and as noted in the initial request, many businesses require users to create SRs instead of WOs. This use case is especially true of "guest" users or contractor workers executing work on behalf of owner.
if we think of public entities, who extensively use contractors to perform work, then we see how the public entity wants to actively encourage new work creation (i.e. SRs) to be reported by contract field workers but not have them create Work Orders, (i.e. WO artifact). SR's are the solution to this very common scenario.
