Work Approvals - Create Follow-up Work should show the asset and location concatenated with their descriptions

The Asset number is often an autokey and has no meaning without the description, the location is less likely to be meaningless, but a description will provide extra context. When creating a follow-up work order or service request you should always be providing the context. When you come to write the work description for the follow-up, it maybe you realise that the asset (or location) should not be the one on the originating work order, this issue will be less likely if the asset/location descriptions are provided.
