RELATED IDEAS

On Work Approval - The Follow-Up Work button shows existing related records, you should be able to distinguish between tickets or work orders and their status.

Showing a list of related records has little value without knowing the type of record and the status of the record. The type of relationship should also be considered, I would want to distinguish between existing follow-up work orders from just related work orders. It may be that I am creating a duplicate follow-up work order when I pressed the button, the extra fields will help to alert me to this situation.
