There's always the option to implement it as an action in an inspection form. We have a customer that really used the related work order communication log feature as an action in an inspection form to send the results by email and keep track of it. The releae 8.9 of MAS includes the ability to review results and instead of sending a full copy by mail, someone can launch and open the related result directly into maximo. Being a script, we have no intent to provide this as an out of the box capability.
