option/action to assign themselves to a Work Order and finish filling out a Batch Inspection form on the Mobile application that was started by a different user.

currently Maximo, 7.6.1.3 and mobile 8.9, only allows them to access work orders that are assigned to them. The ask is, the team would like to have an option/action to assign themselves to a Work Order, if it is not already assigned to anyone, but not be able to remove themselves from a work order.

Additionally, you’d like them to be able to open a batch inspection form that was started and saved in a work order, by another user, and enable them to finish filling out that same Batch Inspection form on the Mobile application.
