Open Google Maps or the like from the work order to get driving/walking directions.

Currently, if a work order has an X and Y GPS co-ordinate they will get a map displayed, but there will be no directions if you are not using the ESRI integration. My client is using Google, and this works well, but the flaw is that there is no single-click to go to you mapping app, normally Google Maps or I have Waze.

There are a large number of apps that have this function of passing across the location and opening the mapping app to then give you directions.

Even if you were using the ESRI integration, that still doesn't give you voice guided directions.

Today, this is an essential tool and function.
