Start travel should record labor transaction type as Travel instead of Work

We have customised to meet business requirements. Start Travel button click creates a labor transaction record to travel trans type instead of Work type. 

This is used separately capture the work and travel hours. I suspect other customers would operate or want to operate this way also. In our case, we would like to replace the customisation with configuration.

    The functionality already requested exists today. Using the configuration tool, you'll find in the xml a property/state called "defaultTravTrans" which has the work type to be used when you click on Start Travel. Out of the box it is TRAV. I hope that this address your requirements. Thanks for your feedback
