Allow Admin-Configurable Separate Timeout for Mobile App Users

We would like a session timeout to be applied to the Maximo Mobile app for iOS. Preferably, the session timeout period would be admin-configurable.

Today, a general session timeout is configured using system property mxe.usermonitor.timeout, but this applies only to browser-based sessions.

There is also an inactive session timeout configured using system property mxe.usermonitor.InactiveSessionTimeLimit, but this is too long for Mobile use.

Reason: There is no good way to configure iOS devices for enterprise use with shared users. We can configure a shared service account for all users, but then we must rely on each user of the device to log out of Maximo Mobile before passing the device to the next shift. Rather than solely relying on users, we prefer to timeout inactive Mobile sessions after a much shorter time period than the one specified in mxe.usermonitor.InactiveSessionTimeLimit. Although we understand the technical challenges of enforcing a time limit on Mobile whether it is online or offline, the lack of this capability may impair adoption of the product for security reasons.
