Sensitive Data Stored in Mobile with Maximo Anywherein shared devices

Our client in some country is using shared mobiles. So one mobile is used by different workers working in different shifts. And multiple users are using Maximo Anywhere.

The Work Execution app is configured.

User1 comes and enters his credentials, some data is downloaded for user1 after that user login and work. He can even download attachments for all the work orders assigned to him by using Download Worklist. These attachments will be downloaded on the device.

He logs out from the Anywhere app.

User2 comes and enters his credentials, some data is downloaded for user2 after that user login and works.

Now if the user goes to File Manager or Gallery will he be able to see the attachments downloaded by the user1.

There should be some mechanism to restrict downloading sensitive data.

This the current behavior of Maximo Mobile, marking this as shipped. There are no major investments going to Anywhere which is going out of support with Maximo 7.6 soon.

The issue here isn't restricting the downloads. It is restricting access to the attachments that have already been downloaded.
I'm not sure that there is a way to control this because once the files have been downloaded they are out of the application's control.

IBM - can the mobile device's operating system help here e.g. by marking a file as only being accessible by specific users?
