Today the Customer does not have the ability to setup a user to have User Amin Access. Adding the ability for Customer to setup and assign users that need User Admin Capabilities. This would allow Customer to manage their own user base.

Add All Clear CountDown (minutes/seconds) to Summary Page

Edit the all clear countdown timer to include seconds as well and make it visible on the summary page too. Please see attached where the countdown timer should be on the summary page.
