    Drag and drop from Microsoft Outlook to CLM

    Drag and drop from Outlook does not work. You always have to save the mail (or doc) first. Can this be improved?

    The client need to keep a history of work items deletion.

    The client sometimes need to delete unwanted Work Items. But, there is not viewer or history to trace work item's deletion. Having a history would be a great idea for security purpose too.
