Provide an option that prevents adding any new types to the type system in a ReqIF import.

During a ReqIF import, especially (advanced) mode, it can happen that new types in the type system are created. It should be possible to suppress this to not get the well maintained type system contaminated.

Providing "Section" attribute in OSLC API Response of module or artifact

Whenever a module or artifact details are fetched using its url as the OSLC query, section attribute is missing in the response. It is one of the required attribute for our reports. Please add this attribute in the API response.
