Start Center Result Set in the form of Pie Chart should display the correct number of records in the application when viewed by a related attribute .

The users will benefit from it as they try to filter out records based on the pie chart and related data. The visual representation of the pie chart in the start center should be same when the users open the record set in the application.

By having an URL or attaching a template to the Media question, allows the technician to grab the latest version of a template or instructions. Then the technician can associated/upload the completed attachment to the question as needed.
