Maximo Mobile - Better way to generate preload DB's for Mobile (SQL Server) - Alternative to slow OSLC calls.

Can you investigate an alternative to using OSLC calls to generate the preload DBs. There should we a way to query the DB and built out a SQL Lite DB based on the results and then upload the final preload DB without going through the slow OSLC calls.
