Make meters available for work orders created while offline in Work Technician

Anywhere Work Technician 7.6.4

Currently meters are only available on work orders that were created online or on work orders that were already created when a user downloads their work list. All of our techs actively create work orders offline and disconnected from the network and one major hiccup in the work flow is not being able enter meters on the work orders they just created. This causes a break in the work flow for our users where they have to revisit the work orders when they connect back to the network for the sole purpose of populating and filling out the meter readings. We find the current process counter-intuitive to what a true offline/mobile application should be.

    Status updated by mistake. Including it to be part of a future release of Maximo Mobile

    This functionality is already available as part of Maximo Mobile. Anywhere is not receiving updates anymore. Marking idea as delivered.

    Thank you for your submission. Something similar is currently planned for Inspection meter capturing - this will be considered for a future release.
