Edit meter reading value before Sync

Would be good if the data sent to MXAPIASSETMETER (meter reading), to be able to have their values edited before synchronization with the IBM MAXIMO, if the device is still offline. So, non-synchronized values should be discarded when a new reading is performed for the same meter.
