Change timeout setting without rebuilding EAR

It would be helpful we could change the Maximo Desktop timeout setting without rebuilding the EAR. Rebuilding the EAR file is a time-consuming process. Not all organizations can afford to do it for such a simple change. TS007879413

Limit number of levels in classification hierarchy

It would be helpful if there were an OOB way to limit number of levels in a classification hierarchy. For example, limit the number of classification levels to four: A \ B \ C \ D \ E --> throw an error when user tries to create classification E.
