Easy administration of data and actions to be done when trusted coworkers leave the company Being the MaxAdmin, I need to have an extra tab in the Person app, so that I easily can see where a specific user has links into data, so that I would know which data I should concentrate to change e.g. ownership, redirect workflows, reassign ownership etc. before the user is put inactive in Maximo. Having a inactive user with links/ownership to certain areas in Maximo causes Maximo background processes to stop without any notice. The tricky part is to have the Person record to know when new items of interest are added to Maximo.
