Attatching new documents to a work order in mobile or RBA, shows the doclinks path if there is no description to the file. This is difficult to read in mobiles.

The fields and the edit icons are read only in the tasks screen. There is no option to remove the read only edit buttons also. Can this be removed or be provided with an option to remove these fields as attached and highlighted.
