Add more filtering item selections to "Manage-Accounts" Summary

Hi team, Could we request to have more filtering functions such as Country and Level 1/2/3 Group available in "Manage-Accounts" Summary? It is rather limiting for now.

Rhapsody caching issues

Local files of different types should be opened in the windows default editor

When opening files within EWM Eclipse, the different types of files should be opened in a local application, or windows default application, instead of opening some of them in the internal viewer. Or at least, the tool should give you this option....
