Document Preview in repository files inside ibm ewm stream>components

To give background, In IBM EWM components(Source Control) we can preview(read) text files without downloading the files but whereas, other types such as word/pdf files are not able to preview the content without downloading the file.

Allow Kanban WIP to be more defined to individual

Kanban template in RTC normal planning allows for WIP for columns "by group" which is great for large groups and complex design. However, for smaller groups, we would like to group by owner, and then use WIP to limit the amount of work by that owner.
