Possibility to disable access to "Edit Module" button for users who can modify modules

Currently, in Doors NG, it is impossible to disable access to "Edit Module" button for users which are authorized to work in this module.Sadly, when a user click on "Edit Module" button, this module becomes lock for all others users.
