Improvement of the change-set view in RMM web client

After merging the result using Rhapsody Diff merge, users have to explicitly select the "resolve as merged" option before check in.

Lock/unlock files recursively in Rhapsody client

When a package and all its children are units in a Rhapsody model, there is no option to lock the entire package (As its children are also separate units), users can lock the individual units and so the package cannot be locked as whole.
