Logic for WSTART status to be adjusted to ensure the previous revision stays at APPR when the new revision goes to WSTART. That way a revision can be loaded and approved earlier.

Use lead time field in PM application to prioritize the WO generation

Users can choose if the PM WO generation should order by the lead time and give it a priority in the generation. Users can have the most priority PMs WO generated first if the cron task doesn't finish the process for some reason.
