This portal is to open public enhancement requests against the products and services belonging to IBM Sustainability Software. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

The progress bar includes both the child execution items as well as child plan items progress. It gives each virtually 50% of the progress bar.
For example: if you have a Story with 20 pts with 4 child tasks having a total of 64 hrs estimated and a child story with 13 pts. All the child tasks are resolved and the child story does not have any child tasks/stories. The progress shows as:
0/33pts | 64/64hrs and the bar is 50% filled which is the average of the Hours Done (64 of 64 - 100%) and Story Points Done (0 of 33 - 0%)
Now when we resolve the child story, the progress shows as:
13/33pts | 64/64hrs and the bar is 69.5% filled which is the average of the Hours Done (64 of 64 - 100%) and Story Points Done (13 of 33 - 39%)
If the story does not have any child story. The progress is then only half filled when all tasks are completed but the story is still open. The work item Story progress "items completed" should not include itself (193444) tracks that issue.
Attachment (Description): The length of the Story Progress Bar is not representative of the actual progress. The attachment shows an example. The actual progress is 95% but the bar is only about half way along, i.e. 50%. Although the information in the pop up is correct, the length of the bar is misleading.
