This portal is to open public enhancement requests against the products and services belonging to IBM Sustainability Software. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

In EWM, every release we have to create the queries almost similar which display the data based on Release (Found In) value. Those queries need to display on dashboard but for every release we need to create a widget based on Release so due to that reason we have now multiple widgets based on releases and which will be causing the slowness.
There are several problems with this:
- Tedious work that needs a lot of focus to avoid errors.
- Filling up of page as number of programs will grow.
- Many queries / reports needed to create all program specific sites whilst the only change is the "Found In" on each of the queries / reports.
- Advancements, changes need rework on each and every dashboard which adds a lot of maintenance effort to it on top of high risk for error.
Expectation for this implementation:
Proposed change would be to have one dashboard with all the queries affected by one filter option which is the "Found In" that would update all the queries accordingly. With this there would only be a need for 1 dashboard that would get updated based on found into the specific program.

In the interim period, we recommend using dynamic queries which would allow for the Found In value to be selected at the dashboard level instead of having to change the underlying query.
