Improve loading time of Remote artifacts

Loading artifacts in Rhapsody takes sometimes a very long time, and also no real feedback or progress bar is provided. In general also the RMM connection almost doubles the loading times of models on the client side, as measured in our projects.


Reqauest1: Remote artifacts should not take longer than 1 minute to load regardless the module size, provided good internet connection on client side.


Request2: RMM connection should not take more than 1 minute regardless of model size, provided good internet connection on client side.


Request3: Provide a loading bar or any good progress information to the user while loading the remote artifacts
