We have a need in our Enterprise environment of over 8K users to have our ELM suite of applications (JTS/ETM/EWM/DNG/ETM/JRS/LQE/RPE/LDX/RB) up with minimal down time.   This is to avoid long down time during upgrades/fixpacks and monthly OS Patching.   This impact our customers ability to continue working and their application release schedules.

    As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each enhancement suggestion. Your idea is generic and broad. Also, EWM and ETM already support clustering which is core of your request, see https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Deployment/ChangeAndConfigurationManagementClusteredEnvironmentVersion605. Therefore, idea is declined and if still interested, you are welcome to open separate ideas against individual applications. Although we are closing this request, it will be kept in IBM's ideas repository.  We value your feedback and thank you for allowing us to partner with you in developing our products.
