Add "edit" option to change format/template of headings to other than standard

Editing the standard template for headings (or any artifacts having "heading" properties) will improve the user experience in several ways:

  • Changing the font color from lighter grey/grey to any other colour will improve usability/visibility, especially for visually impaired users
  • being able to create unique templates (font, color, etc.) for headings per project area enables alignment to corporate design for modules
  • users may request different looks for their modules for various reasons (improved overview, highlighting, etc.)

    In the year 2018 the formatting request was already accepted in the IBM Jazz Community:

    ReqIF-DOORS Custom Text attributes will lose text formatting in DNG (also OLE-objects) - AE Priority:2

    However, it is still not implemented and the accepted enhancement might have been lost when migrating to the IBM Ideas Portal.

     This an old request which was still not implemented although it is highly demanded by the users of various companies. This missing feature also hinders data exchange with other RM systems as well as a data migration. Customers migrating from Doors classic to Doors Next are complaining and might choose other requirement Tools from other suppliers. This request is not considered in the new release of ELM 7.1. Furthermore the status is not known.
