This portal is to open public enhancement requests against the products and services belonging to IBM Sustainability Software. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

We're using DNG to manage our requirements, and we're using both the configuration and change management features. We have changes being made concurrently in multiple streams and multiple change sets, and we need to be able to combine the changes together in order to produce a final, merged version of the artifacts.
We encountered an issue where we made changes to the same artifact's string type custom attribute in different streams (and also different change sets within the same stream), and were unable to merge the changes when attempting to deliver the changes. We received a message saying that the changes couldn't be automatically merged and that they would need to be manually merged, but there's not actually a way to do a manual merge on a custom attribute during the deliver (only on the artifact's primary text main content).
This required us to pick one of the two values to complete the delivery, after which we had to create a new change set to re-implement the changes, and then deliver the new change set to the appropriate stream.
It would be very helpful if there was a manual merge capability added for custom attribute conflicts similar to how an artifact's primary text is handled, so that everything could be done during the delivery operation and wouldn't require additional steps to correct things afterwards.
