Provide an option to export empty attributes as empty in ReqIF exports.

RequIF is used to share requirement information with suppliers. A round trip process is set up where the OEM exports requirements to ReqIF sends this data to suppliers that import the information, comment and export again. The export is imported by the OEM to get the requirement changes back.

DNG does not provide values for empty attribute values during an export. This is problematic.

Other tools (e.g. Doors) have an option to opt to export unset attributes with an empty value. This allows a safe sharing process.

    The Business Justification is,

that as of 6.0.0.1 ifix011 DNG does not consider attributes that are not exported due to an empty value at all. A normal export to ReqIF will not overwrite the now empty attributes should they have been deleted. This leaves old, stale and even incorrect data. Most other requirements management solutions have such an option to avoid the problem sharing ReqIF with other tools. TS003941132 solves this issue now, but only for DNG.

To confirm I believe you are saying to exchange an empty value if the user has removed an original value - i.e. a way to reset an attribute value to empty ?
