Changing the asset folder from within module isn't an actual function that will move them, please change this

One cannot use the function within a module to change the assets folder location. It's not an actual function like one would assume for moving folder locations. It doesn't move the artifacts to the location you select. It's basically just an attribute to tell a user where to find the assets.
See IBM support Q&A about this unusable feature: https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/6427663
The way it's set up within the module leads the user to believe that it's a function that will actually change the assets location. The way it looks should be removed within the module or changed to actually move the assets location or even have a note that changing the location within a module doesn't actually move the location. It's more of an attribute to show a user where they can find the assets folder.
