Prevent URI misalignment for same artifacts across different projects and components, across DNG Servers

We are in the process of migrating from v6.0.6.1 to v7.0.2. As part of the migration process, we have performed data cleanup to align the DNG Type System. However, standard usage of the system may cause us to drift overtime and issues will be introduced. Our desire is that we do not end up in a situation where type system in not aligned.


Scenario :

Server A , Project A1, Component ABC

Enumeration Name : Impact Type

Enumeration Value : [Mild, Medium, Severe]

Enumeration URI : https://www.oem.com/dng/datatypes/ImpactType

e.g. Enumeration Value URI (Mild): https://www.oem.com/dng/datatypes/ImpactType/Mild


In this case if a user was to go in a new project or new component [Server Z , Project Z1, Component XYZ] and inadvertently add a leading space to a URI for the instance mentioned above, the system should be smart enough not only to prevent it but also indicate the appropriate URI so that the attribute is aligned across projects, components and DNG Servers.

Since we run 2 different DNG Servers , we would need it to be aligned across servers else JRS starts to complain, that there are two different attributes. We only have one JRS as we have a need to pull data across DNG servers.
