Allow displaying of attributes from linked artifacts from other ELM applications

Feature Request: Allow displaying of attributes from linked artifacts from other ELM applications
This feature already is available for DNX internal links. For example see attached screenshots.

Usecase for displaying attributes in DNX from associated artifacts from other ELM applications.
The review and assessment of stakeholder requests is assigned via workflow item.
To do a proper review of a stakeholder request, typically it's necessary to consider the context of the requirement. Therefore the stakeholder request assigned has to be opened in module view.
But normally the review is done by reading through the document, checking which requirement is assigned to me and entering the assessment. Therefore it's necessary to be able to identify the owner of the workflow item linked to the different stakeholder requests at module view.
