"Modified On" and "Modified by" value for modules reflecting also changes on artefacts inside this module

At the moment each artefact has a timestamp when it was last modified (value "Modified on") which is subject to actualisation when something was changed on or in the artefact. With modules however this value only changes when the module itself was modified and not when only content of an artefact inside the module was changed. But to have a quick overview in which moduel changes were done to be able to review them it would be helpful to see this also on the first content layer where you see your modules.
User can see when and who last modified a modul even on artefact level and has a good overview when and by whom changes were done last.
