Provide some "working mode" options on PA Level as they are usually defined for the complete PA

1) work in module

Many customers are working nearly only with requirements that are used in modules.

The usual default behaviour is nevertheless still showing core artifacts.

Please add a configuration option (on PA Level) where the PA admin or config admin can define the default working mode (core artifacts or in module context).

By activating this option, the default behaviour in views, dialogs, … should always be "in module context" - such as

• Opening DNG component: show "modules" instead of artifacts

• In case only 1 module in the component: open the module

• "create Link" dialog automatically select "what to look in -> modules

• in case only 1 module in target component, select the module

• During compare / deliver: preselect the module

2) using Link Validity

When using Link Validity, this is usually not restricted or configured for a single component, but for the whole PA or all PA's in a GC context. Having to enable it per component is overhead, that should be avoided.

There should be an option for the default status of Link Validity for a new component (e.g. on PA Level with option to overwrite that setting again on component level) or a general change of the Link Validity activation / deactivation to configure it e.g. per global config

3) require changesets options

Similar to Link Validity the decision to use the "require changesets" option (independent if only changesets or with linked wotk item) is usually made on PA level, not on component level. Also here there should be a "default behaviour" setting on PA Level which is then used when creating new components. Still with having the possibility to change the behaviour per stream if necessary.
