Changing the default to Module would impact all users. While ex-DOORS users would prefer this option, we have a lot of clients already using this dialog.
I can talk to our Designer and see what he thinks of the options

We remember "module" within a session but not in general.
I would prefer we either:
- Preserve this option for the current user across sessions
- Change the default. The majority of our clients are now Module users although I'm nervous we upset the non-module users.
- Default to "Module" if the dialog has been instigated from a module artifact - I think this might prove difficult if we find the dialog is raised as the results of an OSLC call
