Remove links box needs to expand to show which module the artifact is in or provide rich text hover with the info.

When removing links using the pencil in a linking column, a user should be able to see which module they originated (if they are even in a module). The box for removing links is not resizable if the characters of the linked text is longer than what looks like maybe 40 characters. Hovering on the links does not provide any useful information to let a user know which module it can be found. A rich text hover to show a module name would be helpful or expand the remove links box, so we can see all of the information, including which module it originated.
