Add Event sourcing pattern to LQE

Using Event sourcing pattern - AWS Prescriptive Guidance as a reference. 

The event sourcing pattern works effectively with the CQRS pattern because data can be reproduced for a specific event.

Today only read events are possible, but with Publish Events, the event sourcing pattern used with the CQRS pattern to decouple read from write workloads, and optimize for performance, scalability, and security. 

External Reporting Capability is significantly improved when Publish events are available/enabled not only Read Events.

    Great idea!

    Let me add also that this idea nicely coincides with a push-based mechanism by exposing an event stream (e.g., Kafra, RabbitMQ) that consumers can subscribe to in order to read and consume data. This would prevent customers to develop their own custom made solutions to extract data from source-system.
