IBM to create an API-based tool to export all RDF+XML history for all objects provided in an input file (i.e. ETMobjectListInputFile.csv)

This would be useful to all ETM users.  The use case is for all users using the ETM Copy Function to migrate objects from one Project Area (PA) to another.  As a result of this Copy Function no history data is copied into the new PA as it is marked as a newly created object.  Being able to create a list of objects spanning various types (i.e. Test Plans, Test Suites, Test Cases, Test Case Execution Records, Test Scripts...) and feed this as an input file into the API tool to extract the RDF+XML files.  The output should be able to be placed in the folder of the user's choice and should include a date-time stamp with the following syntax:   YYMMDD_HHMMSS, where YY = 2 digit Year; MM = 2 digit Month; DD = 2 digit Day; HH = two digit Hour (00 through 23); MM = 2 digit Minute; SS = 2 digit Seconds.  I recommend the full some kind of full syntax that addresses the Project Area, Object Type, Object ID along with the date-time stamp.

{PA (alias with no spaces)}-{Obj Type}-{#####}-{YYMMDD_HHMMSS}.xml  for example ExistingPA-TC-71323-240327_160400.xml.
