Enable resize of picture embedded in test step description

We need a resize menu option  in test step descriptions  where the user can input x and y size of the picture -  similar to the "manage image" button+menu already existing  e.g. beside the menu "full size and thumbnail" with an additional option "custom size".
Rationale :
It is not possible to resize pictures in the "Description" field of a test-step (within a testscript artifact), if the user uses Chrome or Edge.
IBM support confirmed his capability works only in Firefox browser. The proposition is that if the browser cannot display handles (Chrome and Edge), then at least it should be possible to resize the picture by another means which works in any browser.
Relying on a feature available only in FF browser is not a viable solution as the market coverage of this browser reduces every year ; in our company it is not supported any more by IT.

Steps to reproduce :
- insert a picture in the description field of a teststeps within a testscript,
a) in Firefox, click the picture twice and some handle appear which allow you to size/resize the picture
b) in chrome and Edge, the picture is displayed in "blue", but no handle appear and no resizing is possible.
