Hi Marie, we have plans to release a new feature in Q3 that will allow for clients to copy full disclosures.
During communication with customers, we often encounter questions regarding the possibility of creating a custom framework that would include all the questions from the standard framework, but at the same time, it would be possible to add custom specific text fields with additional information for each question, which would serve as further guidelines when creating responses and overall in processing the ESG report. For example, it could be information about which department within the client's organization would need to be consulted for an assignee to a particular question. Or, in the case of the ESRS, it could be information about whether the question is relevant to the client based on the double materiality analysis. Some clients have also created their own guidelines for answering questions at the level of individual questions for certain frameworks.
To accommodate clients in this regard, it would be necessary to have the ability to copy the entire standard framework into a new custom framework (this is not possible now, and copying individual questions would be extremely laborious) and have the ability to add new text fields to individual questions.
For our clients, the ability to customize the framework to include their own guidelines is very important, as clients have developed their own know-how, especially for questions in the S and G categories, which is a valuable tool for them in report creation. We always present Envizi as a top product to our clients, which greatly facilitates the reporting process. Therefore, we would not like to tell clients that their request for framework customization is not possible from Envizi's side.
The most urgent issue in this regard is for one client, to whom we will be submitting an offer for Envizi at the end of February, and based on that, they will decide whether to order Envizi or not.
