As organizations put more of an emphasis on Scope 3 decarbonization, they are working very closely with suppliers and collecting more data through surveys; in addition to EcoVadis and CDP Supply Chain data. Their surveys are updated annually, so it is important that they can customize the surveys without having to engage Expert Labs for support. Therefore, I propose updating the Value Chain Surveys module or leveraging the new SCI module to enable custom surveys.

Like to link to I-713, where the survey could be used for more then one assignee per location, i.e. sent a scope 3 commuter survey to all employees at one location.
This item has been further pushed to Q4 2025 due to the possible tech stack change as the result of the impending major Envizi UI modernisation project.
Adding support for clients to independently configure surveys is sitting in Q2 2025 roadmap right now, but is at risk of moving out to a future date. This is because we are embarking on a major UI modernisation project that will involving migrating Envizi to a new tech stack. There is little point in building major enhancements in our current UI stack. We will reassess this item again in the new year when the UI modernization team is properly formed and make a decision on the timeline.
Can we expedite the rollout of https://bigblue.aha.io/epics/ENVIZIESG-E-55 as we have many partners asking for this capability to enabled. Also this has been raised as an concern on the services cost and also on the concern to scale or if modifications needed for the survey form.

This is an absolute no-brainer. Customers should not need to contact, and pay, IBM to create and modify surveys!
TE Connectivity is requesting the same thing. They do not want to pay services every time they need a change (approx. $7k) which will be frequently.
We are actively enagaged with Meta and SLB on this topic, it is a RFP requirement for both companies. Also, our lack of customizable surveys was a major contributing factor to losing the Delta opportunity.
