Update Jan-2026: The self-serve Survey Builder on current Envizi UI is now available as a preview release.
This preview release is available for all IBM Partner Administrator users, IBM Envizi Consultants and IBM Tech Sellers. Custom surveys required for client instances as well as POCs for prospects, can utilize this new tool to build. The new Survey Builder can be found under menu Admin -> Build Surveys, for eligible users.
Like to link to I-713, where the survey could be used for more then one assignee per location, i.e. sent a scope 3 commuter survey to all employees at one location.
This item has been further pushed to Q4 2025 due to the possible tech stack change as the result of the impending major Envizi UI modernisation project.
Adding support for clients to independently configure surveys is sitting in Q2 2025 roadmap right now, but is at risk of moving out to a future date. This is because we are embarking on a major UI modernisation project that will involving migrating Envizi to a new tech stack. There is little point in building major enhancements in our current UI stack. We will reassess this item again in the new year when the UI modernization team is properly formed and make a decision on the timeline.
Can we expedite the rollout of https://bigblue.aha.io/epics/ENVIZIESG-E-55 as we have many partners asking for this capability to enabled. Also this has been raised as an concern on the services cost and also on the concern to scale or if modifications needed for the survey form.

This is an absolute no-brainer. Customers should not need to contact, and pay, IBM to create and modify surveys!
TE Connectivity is requesting the same thing. They do not want to pay services every time they need a change (approx. $7k) which will be frequently.
We are actively enagaged with Meta and SLB on this topic, it is a RFP requirement for both companies. Also, our lack of customizable surveys was a major contributing factor to losing the Delta opportunity.
