Provide clearer documentation on the Partner Portal

There are no entries in QVidian nor the Envizi KnowledgeBase explaining what the Partner Portal is, and no way to demo it/ show a screenshot preview. This platform functionality therefore comes across as a mystery understood by very few people. Please create a KnowledgeBase page and a screenshot in it for simplicity.

This creates hesitation amongst active partners who do not understand how to resolve certain issues they have, and it is a blocker for us as we try to engage more Managed Services partners. It also creates confusion amongst our support and customer success teams.
