Currently, we have the option to upload data using the IMSERV for Electricity meters, but we would need to add one for Gas and Water as well.
We have both internal meter inside ISS, but most recently we also have that need for a current customer for about 80 gas meters and 10 water meters, for which we're receiving raw data in similar fashion to the current IMSERV structure for electricity and water, but unable to do so because of lack of option inside Envizi.
So, this implementation would be essential for overall efficiency in data upload for our customer.~
Best regards,
Pedro Almeida

Hi Pedro, thank you for raising this enhancement request.
Although we will continue to support the existing IMServ connector for Electricity, at this stage we are not planning to expand this connector to process Gas and Water meter data.
IBM is moving to standardise meter data loading via our two universal meter data loading templates/connectors - one for interval consumption readings (i.e., the SBS connector) and one for accumulative meter readings (note this connector supersedes the Easy-IO connector).
For the IMServ Gas and Water meter data, IBM can offer a Connector Add-On via Expert Labs to transform and load this data via the universal meter data loading template. Alternatively, partners and clients can choose to perform this transformation themselves and load the data using universal meter data loading template.
Good evening.
I would like to have an idea if this is something that IBM sees as something to implement by the end of the week.
As mentioned, this is a necessity that is putting pressure on our ability to meet customer's demands. Meantime, an additional associate requested the same issue for their data.
We need to assess if IBM sees this on it roadmap (regardless of when it intends to implement). If not, we'll have to start advancing to some sort of development that can convert current raw files we receive into other existing connectors we use (SBS, EasyIO).
Thanks in advance,
Pedro Almeida
