Today, Envizi uses an account structure for data entry like this:
- Scope 2 - Electric account #1 - Meter #1
- Scope 2 - Electric account #1 - Meter #2
- Scope 2 - Electric account #1 - Meter #3
Each of these would open a new page for data entry, making the platform clunky for the user.
Envizi users would have a much more streamlined platform if all meters under the same account (for example, electric) would be under one data entry page.
- Scope 2 - Electric account
This would make data entry much easier and faster for the user and the list of accounts users have to sift through to find the right one would be much smaller.

Thank you for raising this idea.
IBM is undertaking a significant modernization of the Envizi user interface and user experience. One of the first areas we are re-designing is the manual data capture process to make it easier for clients to easily find all the accounts they wish to capture data for and efficiently enter data in one go without needing to navigate between forms.
We are targeting a preview of this functionality in 2025 Q3 which will be available to clients to trial on an opt-in basis.
